Please note that we are happy to provide you with a sample of your product(s) if you are sure that you want to order from us and you are satisfied with our prices. Please note that the sample sent will be a generic sample, it will not have your logo printed on it.

  1. For small items under $10, the cost will be $10 to ship the item to you, this fee includes shipping and you can keep the sample.
  2. If the value of a sample item(s) exceeds $10 we will need you to prepay the item first and once returned back to us we will refund you but you will need to pay for the delivery and return postage of the item.

Artwork Requirements

The better the file, the quicker we are able to complete your artwork to a high quality to ensure satisfaction, some of the file types we prefer are: AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, PSD; we could also accept JPG, BMG, Word but should only be used as a last resort due to poor resolutions and loss of quality.

Shipping Information

We will advise of a shipping time frame once the order is received, we quality check all of our products and will endeavour to have your items shipped to you as quick as possible through the best, most economical choice, however once something has left our warehouse, delays/loss of items are beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible for it.
We recommend you purchase insurance on all of your items for a 2% premium, if you choose to go without insurance then losses/delays are at your own risk.

Returns Policy

We do not offer returns for anything else besides damaged items, if an item has been received damaged please send us a photo and/or video showing us the damages so we discuss options with you.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been paid for, we do not accept any cancellations however if you have changed your mind and wish to order something else please contact us soon as possible and if work has not already started, we may be able to change it for you however this is at our discretion and subject to whether the job has already been started.

How to Order

Please go through the form on the website and select what you want and pay for the order. After that we will request for you to send us your logo. Once you have approved the artwork we do we will then proceed with the engraving/printing process.
